You have to make it a logo, and I'm not sure if there is a tutorial for that. You can't recolor stencil (what you did).

i know what we are doing wrong.
you need to get the Alpha channel to work correctly. i didn't see this on my frist try but when i do the
alt + Delete (to turn the background white) it didn't make the Black cut out of my image.

Well try making the background transparent and save it as a .png .. dunno if you can save it as a .png but .. try if u can |

but Cas editor will only take Sims 3 Texture files and that happenes to be .dds files.
