This beautiful small lot craftsman is the second home I designed, and has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, main-floor family room and upstairs den. The attic could be finished for another bedroom.  I designed it as the perfect home for a single parent with kids.  My hometown is filled with houses like this, and this is the kind of house my Mom raised my sisters and I in.  It's fully furnished, accessorized and decorated, and the garden is filled with rose bushes.

Details:

Lot:  20 x 30

Price unfurnished:  $49,996

Price furnished:  $110,869 (including my Mom's Prius LOL!)

Let me know what you think!

I really like the interior, as always, but the exterior has some awkward points.
Such as the switch from the rose covered rock wall (im guessing that's what it is) to the paneling.
The whatever the wood beam ceiling-awning thing is called out front is a great idea, but personally I would have used the porch pillars on the ends of those rather than a big asian type pillar in the middle.

Can I rate x/10?
