Some of you have seen parks in the Sims 3 or on this site that boast just about anything. In game, when you pick some of the plants, they reappear magically. How is this done?
Well, I'm going to show you, because, like you, I wondered this too.

This does NOT require downloading anything special. It does NOT require tedious catching/planting.
However, it does require cheats.

For fish, obviously, you're going to need a pond. Make a simple pond in game, and trick it out with plants and dirt (if you want). Next, press
Code:
CTRL+SHIFT+C
All at the same time, without the +'s. This will open up the enter-a-cheat box. Once this is open, give yourself a congratulatory pat, this is mandatory.
Next, enter in the box
Code:
testingcheatsenabled true
the "true" must be the only thing with a space before it. capitalization is optional. With this code, you can do a myriad of many different things; but for now we're going to focus only on one of these things.
Now enter in the box
Code:
buydebug
Makes me think a salesman wants you to buy a funky bug, and quite frankly this is pretty funky.
Now, once this is entered, you go into Buy Mode, then into the "Organize by Function" category, and guess what? A new icon! Holy crud! It should be a question mark; click on it and you will get all the spawners.
The spawners are organized into their separate collecting sections:
Fishing, Rocks/Gems, Insects, and Plants.
Whats nifty about the plants one is that it is an auto-spawner, which means that once you pick it, it will begin to grow again. Also in the plants tab is a seed spawner, just in case you want to do it the old fashioned way.
Also, there is an extra tab of random tid bits from the game that you can catch while fishing and stuff like that. These include things like toys, and Mysterious Mr. Gnome!

To place these, simply place them like any other item in the game, and they will disappear in Live Mode. The circle around them in Buy Mode is the radius that the items will spawn in; which is about 5x5.

If anyone has anything to add, please comment and tell me! Hope this helps!
psssst; i know how many people have read this, and I know you don't think this is perfect (response please!)

Forgot to add two things:
The mandatory pat is supposed to be on the back; because lets face it, we all deserve one.

To clarify some of the questions I came across upon rereading this,
- This cheat was only tested when there were no people actually on site (so if you want to do this to a house, make sure there are no sims living there)

- Also, when I say "they will disappear in Live Mode", I'm referring to the spawners, not curious Mr. Gnome. While he may be sneaky, hes not that sneaky.
