Before we begin.. I am going to Promote (AGAIN) the Autocheat tool.. Get it here.. http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=351293
It saves a lot of time when building. and is worth it just to create anaccount and download.
Anyhoo.. Heres the guide...




OK.. I admit.. I screwed up.. 1x4 rooms..


NOTE: If there is NO foundation.. Do not make one in this step


NOTE: You may have to hit the Page down button to go to ground level in order to lower terrain. The game is fickle
